Cancellation Policy

At Servicesure, your satisfaction with your service plan is our priority. We understand that circumstances can change, so if you wish to cancel your plan, you can do so within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund—no questions asked.

Cancellation Period

You have 14 days from the date you purchase your service plan to cancel it. During this time, you can request cancellation and receive a full refund of any payment made.

After the 14-Day Period

If you decide to cancel your plan after the 14-day cooling-off period but within 28 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a partial refund. This will be considered at Servicesure’s discretion and depends on whether any services or repairs have been provided.

Beyond 28 Days

Cancellations and refunds are not available after 28 days from the purchase date. We recommend reviewing your plan carefully and contacting us promptly if you have any concerns.

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will review it promptly. If eligible, we will process your refund as quickly as possible and send confirmation when completed.

Refund Method

All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during purchase. Refunds will not be issued to alternative accounts or cards to maintain security and compliance.

Prohibited Use & Plan Exclusions

To protect the fairness and integrity of our service, Servicesure excludes coverage for the following:

  • Pre-existing Faults: Any faults or damage existing before your plan start date are not covered. Your appliance should be in good working order when you purchase your plan.
  • Misuse or Neglect: Damage caused by improper use, neglect, accidental damage, or unauthorised repairs or modifications is excluded. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions to keep your plan valid.
  • Non-Standard Repairs: Repairs unrelated to the appliance’s normal function are not covered (e.g., modifications beyond standard servicing).
  • Illegal or Fraudulent Use: Any attempt to use our services fraudulently or for illegal purposes will result in immediate plan cancellation without refund.
  • Manufacturer Guidelines: Appliances not used or maintained according to manufacturer guidelines are excluded. Ignoring these guidelines may lead to faults not covered by your plan.

Important: If any of these exclusions apply, your service plan may be voided immediately. This means you will no longer be eligible for repair services or refunds under the plan.
